Contact Database Module

For many Accrisoft Freedom users the Contact Database Module is where they spend the most time when using the system. In these lessons we go in depth into each element of the Contact Database.

You'll learn the in's and out's of the Contact Detail - where your contact's information is stored, you'll learn how to create Company / Employee relationships that link records together, how to provide your contacts with access to their online information in the My Account area to self-manage their information and much more.
