Data Manager Module

The Data Manger Module provides a variety of powerful database tools to help you work with the data in your Accrisoft Freedom system.

The Data Manager can help you merge duplicate records in the Contact Database, move unused Contact Database records to a holding area (the 'Attic'), export data in a spreadsheet readable format and more.     

Includes 4 videos:

• The Conflicts Tab - View and merge Contact Database duplicates as found automatically by Freedom
• The Merge Subtab - Manually merge Contact Database records to remove duplicates
• The Attic Tab - Send contacts from the Contact Database to the Attic to remove unwanted records
• Archiving and Deleting Contacts - Archive and Delete records that are no longer needed in the Contact Database
• Field Lookup Purifier - Manage the Field Lookup records for consistency and to remove duplicates
