Engagement Module

The updated Engagement Module allows you to define multiple Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that can track the engagement of the contacts in your Contact Database.

These KPIs can be combined in 'Recipes' to provide insights as to which of your contacts are the most engaged with your organization, who are the lowest engaged. This can then assist you in defining retention strategies for any contacts that are members of your organization.
